Backup problem

Hi,

I'm using Open Source Edition and on administration console I can't see Backups under tools.

Does open source version supports Backup?

Or, is it possible that this is an installation error?

Open source can be backed up, but it has to be offline. That means you stop all zimbra service first, then you then backup using TAR or any other utility.
