Default Instant Messaging errors

Here's my setup:

zmail1 (primay ldap)
zmail2 (secondary ldap)
zmail3 (secondary ldap)

I have an error with IM, but can't seem to find the logs for it. I can IM between zmail1 and zmail2 without problems. Trying to IM from zmail3 to zmail1 works ok, but I can't IM from zmail1 to zmail3. Here's the error that shows in the chat window:

ERROR: <message to="blaze@zmail1/zcs" from="blaze@zmail3" type="error"><thread>chat-blaze%zmail3-0</thread><error code="404" type="cancel"><remote-server-not-found xmlns="urn:ietfaramsml:nsmpp-stanzas"/></error></message>

I changed the actual domains to the appropriate server they resided on (zmail1 and zmail3). I can add a buddy from zmail3, but nothing comes across when trying to add from zmail1.

Any ideas?

Update:

This is posted to mailbox.log on zmail1 when an IM user on zmail3 requests to add a zmail1 user and the zmail1 IM user selects the "Accept and Add" on the IM popup:

Blazeking,

Any updates on this? I'm seeing the same thing with a specific domain. The one which is not receiving messages also cannot add buddies in their list. I'm not sure if that is related or not..

Nope, I haven't had any change. If there is no answer from the community I'll open up a support ticket with Zimbra and post my results after that is finished.

Hmm ok. Are your users crossing mailbox servers then? (Am I reading it correctly?) In my case, we're just crossing LDAP authentication servers, but all users on the same mailbox server. One set of users uses the built-in LDAP and the other set uses an external LDAP server. Perhaps crossing LDAP servers is making a difference?
