    Default multiple values for zimbraMailCatchAllAddress

    We have a user who is the recipient for several domain catch-all addresses (yes, he knows that's a spam trap! ).

    Can I set several domains for his zimbraMailCatchAllAddress attribute? Comma- or space-separated lists don't seem to work.

    You can create multiple domains and then give the user an alias for each of the addresses he needs. Is that what you need?

    Not quite... the user needs to receive all mail sent to any address on the domains. In postfix I'd set up several virtual entries:

    Code:
    @example1.com user@nu2m.de
    @example2.com user@nu2m.de
    @example3.com user@nu2m.de
    In Zimbra it seems I can set up the user for only one domain. Or am I missing something?

    You could also create a distro list and point all the catchAll's back to a single account.

    OK, that seems to work. (I had tried setting the attribute on an alias, which failed, but not on a distribution list.) Thanks!

    Since this old thread still shows up high in Google's results: Yes, just use a + before the parameter name for additional entries.

    Code:
    zmprov ma user@domain.com zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @firstdomain.com
    zmprov ma user@domain.com +zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @seconddomain.com
    zmprov ma user@domain.com +zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @thirddomain.com
    To check which catchalls have been configured for an account:

    Code:
    zmprov ga user@domain.com zimbraMailCatchAllAddress
    No need to fiddle with distribution lists.
