3.1.0 Contact display problem

In France we don't use state/provice for our addresses and if that field is left blank then the display of a contact in either list or detailed format shows incorrectly and without a space i.e. what should show as 'Vannes 56000' is actually 'Vannes56000' Obviously a formatting problem in the display, it does show the address/state/postcode correctly if there is an entry in the state field.

Anyone else confirm this? If so, I'll file it in bugzilla - I think this has been around for a while but I've only just got round to checking it.
