Printable header on Documents

Greetings,

We're currently evaluating NE 5.0.9. My boss would like to use the Documents feature to create form letters that he can send/mail to clients/customers, however when you print the document pages, there is a distracting (albeit informative) page header. Does anyone have any clues if this is somehow editable/hackable to remove this header info? Thanks for any help.
