Domain administrator

Hello, I have the network edition 5.0 and wanted to know the differences we have when you create a user in a domain. What are the privileges that have the domain administrator? Can do than what the administrator and compared to a normal user of that domain? Thanks

A domain administrator can create/modify/delete accounts only under the domain he is set for domain administrator. he can't modify the cos i don't think, only a global admin can do that.
