Default [SOLVED] Shared Documents acting squirrely...

Hi everyone,

We're running Network Edition 5.0.9 and are having a problem with shared documents.

Take user Kate and user James for example. Kate creates a notebook and shares it with James as an Admin. She then creates a number of documents in that notebook.

James links to the shared notebook, and is able to see the document there in said notebook, but when he clicks on it, it drops him to a blank document editing page.

What's happening is that when he floats his mouse over the document link, it should read:

https://mail.server.com/home/kate/documentname

instead, it's trying to access:

https://mail.server.com/home/james/documentname

Since that document doesn't exist in his notebook, only in hers, it gives him an edit page to create it.

The workaround has been to open the link in a new tab and replace his name with hers in the address bar, but that only gives him the data, not the means to edit it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Interesting, I can repo this only if I remove the wiki templates.
From Jame's account: Are there columns for "Table of Contents/Document name/Actions/Modified by/Modified on/Version" ? Or just a bulleted list of pages?

Steps to 'repo' - if you were indeed just missing the wiki templates don't know if we should call it an outright bug, but you could still file it in bugzilla as an RFE of sorts I suppose.

5.0.10_GA_2638.RHEL5_64

Remove /Template folder from global wiki account (or applicable domain wiki account).

User > Notebook > Page1 (content 'user') & Page2 (content 'another page') > share as manager with User1

User1 > Notebook > Page1 (with content 'user1 material') & dog (content 'cat')

Accept share/Link to shared notebook > user's notebook > Edit Page1 > brings you to contents of 'user1 material' > saving saves goes into user1 account > Page2 lets you edit, but nothing shown in user1's notebook on save > create page3 > again disappears on save.

Showing ok URL:

Improper URL of share:

Deploy templates (admin console or 'zmprov help notebook' will show you usage):

-Shows all prior modifications by user1.
-Grabs the server hostname / applicable public service hostname/protocol/url as well.

Thanks for the help!

Fixed by redeploying the wiki templates using the following steps:

zmprov in wiki@domain.com

zmprov impn wiki@domain.com /opt/zimbra/wiki/Template Template

zmmailboxdctl stop

zmmailboxdctl start
