Exclamation Appointment Cancellation Notices Spam server

    Hi!

One of our users has cancelled an appointment with external partners/recipients. It was a daily appointment without end, so we have thousands of cancellation mails going out to the external recipient.

Is there a way to stop this now?

And: Is it possible to set a quota for the number of outgoing messages allowed per user per day/hour? That would be very helpful...

    Thanks!
