Default Error in Admin screen when changing password

Just upgraded to 5.0.10 and went to change the password on an account in the Admin screen and am not able to. Getting error message "JavaScript error encountered in method ZaAccountListController._ChangePwdOKCallBack"

This appears to affect the global-admins but not delegated-admins & a fix may make 5.0.10 NE. Thanks for calling our attention to it, at the moment we currently haven't planned new FOSS builds for release when NE goes live.

Bug 32011 - zimbra 5.0.10 GA change password

FYI...i am running XP and am getting the error using FF3 and IE7. Have used this function many times prior to 5.0.10 using the Admin screen without any problems. CLI worked.

Thx.

To get round this go to the command prompt, su as the zimbra user. To add a user run;

zmprov ca user_to_add@your_domain.com password

or to change the password;

zmprov sp user_to_modify@domain.com password

Obviously changing the user, domain and password to meet your requirements.

What is causing this error? At my site it sometimes appears, and sometimes not. Some administrators at my site aren't used to command line and it's imporant for me to know how to avoid this error.
