cannot connect to admin console

Hi,
I have installed zimbra on vmware RHEL5 virtual image.I'm able to connect to admin console ...while i'm able to connect to user console..
I'm using https://192.168.1.23:7071/zimbraAdmin for admin
http://192.168.1.23:80/zimbra for user..
Do port conflict affect this?

tried it ..still am getting the same problem
