[SOLVED] User not showing up in Address Book

I have a user created in Zimbra using the Admin control panel that is assigned
to a Group...just like 18 other users....to this very same group. For some reason
the user does NOT show up in the group member listing...even though the
user is in that group. Now if I move that same user to another group, the user shows up under that group. Then by editing the user properties and moving the user back
to the original group...that they did not show up in...they still do not show up.

What is going on???!

I have been through each page on the user configuration and they are identical to the ones that are showing up.

I have also now tried deleting the contact record in the account and recreating the contact. The contact still will not
show when placed in the group.

When you go to the account of that person, and go to the "Member Of" tab does it show them as being a member of that group?

Yep. Just like the other users.
To add a bit more strangeness...In KDE Kmail, when you access your account via IMAP you get a folder with the same Addressbook name. Under that folder you get a listing of members....the two users show up there!

wait i'm a bit confused. are these distribution lists that you create in the admin interface, or are they contact groups you create in the regular zimbra web interface?

Nevermind. I discovered that there is a limit to the number of records displayed in the addressbook. Default is 25, apparently I exceeded it by 2.
It's always the simple things.
