If you want our AJAX Admin Console remotely, VPN in or open 7071 on your FW and navigate to:
https:// server.domain.com:7071

Same for shell CLI wrapper - connect to your box port in a manner you find secure, then:
su - zimbra
(or sudo su - zimbra etc)

Additionally you can create your own custom Java/SOAP(XML/JSON)/AJAX(XML/Javascript)/PHP/Perl/REST/CURL/etc client/portal for management. See the developer section of the forums & BRANCH/ZimbraServer/docs of the source for launching points.
