[SOLVED] Production down
I'm a network edition customer with a production down situation.
I'm running RHEL5 with Zimbra 5.0.9 and I just installed a GoDaddy commercial cert. After stopping and starting the zimbra services using zmcontrol stop and zmcontrol start I get the following error message and I am unable to get to a login window.
Starting ldap...Done.
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Enabled services read from cache. Service list may be inaccurate.
I put 2 calls in to the support number and left a message both time, it has been almost an hour and still no call back. Can anyone help?
I forgot to mention that the Cert was installed using the admin UI and it reported as being successful.

Try
Can you login to the admin ui? Is the cert for the primary domain? If you can login to the UI uninstall the cert and re-install the cert.

They went back to self-signed certs for the moment; haven't heard if they made a 2nd attempt to get GoDaddy commercials installed.
The error was "No subject alternative DNS name matching mail.domain.com" (don't know what was used for the -subject or -subjectAltNames.)

Edit:
Marking solved for now, as your not in crisis mode like the thread title suggests, but do let us know how the re-attempt goes / post some log snips if you have issues.
