all mail both sent and received mails are listed in Deferred

Hi

I am new to Zimbra. I have installed zimbra 5.0.9 on centOS 5.2. Installation is complete and am able to create accounts in zimbra admin console.

However the mails sent and received are listed in deferred list and error shown is lost connection with 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] while receiving the initial server greeting 10 messages , mail transport unavailable 3 messages

Please help

Run the following command:
tail -f /var/log/zimbra.log

and try to send emails then post the result of command above.
