Default can I force zimbra to listen to a single address?

If I have a machine with two addresses can I force zimbra to listen to only one of the address? (it seems to listen on all address by default). I see how to change default ports with zmprov, but this is not what I want to do.

I would also be happy with a name based virtual -- I tried doing this in the tomcat settings but they seem to be overwritten on a restart.

My eventual goal is to have a single physical machine work as both a zimbra server and a web server running a simple php app.

    Thanks!
