Question Bounce Messages but Allow Access

    Hello Forum,

We have a member of administration who wants to have access to a departing user's email folders, but wants new incoming messages to be bounced. Does anyone know if there is a way to set this up? I know I can give the user access, but I'm not sure I can give him access AND also change the account in some way that it bounces incoming messages (as if the account were no longer there).

    Thanks,

How about Wiki :: Restrict Recipients then Postfix will handle it while still allowing you access ?

Thanks for the direction and I'm not sure if that will work or not. I'm still exploring how our system is set up.

So we don't have any of this items in the wiki set up. We could do this for one person so that anyone that emails them gets a bounce back message?

Alternatively, I'm wondering if there is a way to take the folders from her account and pull them down somewhere physically.

Or you could use Zmprov - Zimbra :: Wiki and rename the account ?

Right, but I was thinking about this last night. I think the client wants it moved and pulled from the server to a physical location that he doesn't have to log into.

    Any ideas?
