PEM Format Commercial SSL Cert

Hi, I'm not sure which forum this belongs to, but here i go:

I'm trying to use the PEM Format Commercial SSL Cert Install Procedure ( Commercial Certificates - Zimbra :: Wiki ).

After I run the last command to add the certificate and try to get to zimbra, I get a pop up error saying that "Firefox can't connect securely...because the site uses a security protocol which isn't enabled."

Is there anything I'm missing or that I should look into? I checked the logs but nothing shows up. I'm pretty new to this so forgive me if i'm missing something obvious.

Any help or links to something helpful would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
