I have several domains on one Zimbra server and to migrate one of these domains closer to it's users.

I will install a fresh copy of Zimbra OSS into a debian virtual server. What is the best method to migrate data and users from the existing Zimbra server to the new server without much downtime?

Is there a zimbra specific method to move data - Backup and restore? Or should I use something my imapsync - although this does not handle non-email data.

How would I switch the first server to acting as a MX relay to the second server? What at the zmprov commands?

PS: I'm running 5.0.
