Default zimbraDomainType alias

What is the difference between "zimbraDomainType local" and "zimbraDomainType alias"?

We have 3 domains with actual accounts, but over a dozen domains with aliases to those accounts and distribution lists. Could we use zimbraDomainType to distinguish between our main domains and our alias domains, or does it mean something else altogether?

Thanks,
Scott

Probably, though at this point, it may not be worth switching over.

If foo.com is an alias domain for bar.com, email for user@foo.com will be delivered to user@bar.com
