    Default Server status page is empty

    Hi, I upgraded to Zimbra 5.0.9 (from 5.0.8) and I discovered that when I go to "Server status" page I get no stats.
    Anyone knows why?

    Here is the contents of /opt/zimbra/zmstat:

    Code:

    Can you add a screenshot of the status screen in admin console?

    We've seen at least one, maybe two occurrences of this problem directly after upgrading to 509. I am currently researching the issue with dev.

    Post That makes another - Blank Server Status Page

    I actually upgraded from 5.0.4 to 5.0.10 (OS Edition) and seem to be experiencing an identical problem. All services are running just fine (using 'zmcontrol status'), though my server status page matches the original poster (blank). Was there a solution available for this minor issue?

    Otherwise the upgrade was smooth! This has to be one of the simplest (and trouble-free) upgrade processes I've ever had!

    Default Status page blank + stats not working anymore

    Similar problem. After upgrading to 5.0.10 (NE) only 1 out of three servers shows in the status page and stats are not working anymore.

    This is zmstat.out contents

    Code:
    Warning: Not possible to monitor process stats
    apache-convertd not running, not launching zmstat-convertd
    No iostat installed on this host at /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmstat-io line 30.
    No iostat installed on this host at /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmstat-io line 30.
    Warning: Not possible to monitor process stats
    apache-convertd not running, not launching zmstat-convertd
    Any hint?

    Default

    After trying different solutions I read in a thread (Statistics Do Not Function) about zimbraLogHostname that was misconfigured. In my case it took the value of the last server I upgraded, which is not the logger.

    To see how to manage zimbraLogHostname see Logger - Zimbra :: Wiki

    Now I got all three server back in the status page.... remember also to enable remote logging on non-logger server in /etc/default/syslogd (for Ubuntu):
    SYSLOGD_OPTIONS="-r -m 0"
    see Syslog Remote logging under Ubuntu [Documentation update]

    Default Still a no go...

    Thanks for posting your fix, patit, but that didn't solve my blank server status page (single-server configuration)... I've spent quite a bit of time trying to track down the problem. Like you, I also received the same log entries in /opt/zimbra/zmstat/zmstat.out:

    sudo tail /opt/zimbra/zmstat/zmstat.out:
    Code:
    zmstat-vm.pid: Already running as pid 1681
    zmstat-proc.pid: Already running as pid 1677
    zmstat-mysql.pid: Already running as pid 1692
    apache-convertd not running, not launching zmstat-convertd
    No iostat installed on this host at /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmstat-io line 30.

    sh: zmprov: command not found

    Output from /var/log/zimbra.log shows correct zimbramon polling/output approx. every two minutes:

    Code:

    zmcontrol status shows identical output at any given time...

    I verified the zimbraLogHostname was identical to my machine's hostname (single-server install).

    Output from Firebug (using FF3) referencing the the space where the service status would usually show up:

    Code:
    <div id="zl__DWT179__rows" class="DwtListView-Rows" style="overflow: visible; height: 855px;">
    <div id="zli__DWT179__DWT188" class="Row RowEven" style="height: auto;">
    <table _serviceinfo="false" class="ZaServicesListView_server_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    <table _serviceinfo="true" class="ZaServicesListView_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    <table _serviceinfo="true" class="ZaServicesListView_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    <table _serviceinfo="true" class="ZaServicesListView_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    <table _serviceinfo="true" class="ZaServicesListView_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    <table _serviceinfo="true" class="ZaServicesListView_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    <table _serviceinfo="true" class="ZaServicesListView_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    <table _serviceinfo="true" class="ZaServicesListView_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    <table _serviceinfo="true" class="ZaServicesListView_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    <table _serviceinfo="true" class="ZaServicesListView_table"><tbody><tr/></tbody></table>
    </div></div>
    Does the '_serviceinfo="false"' for the ZaServicesListView_server_table have any significance? (I honestly have no idea...) Any help is always appreciated. Thanks!
