some character problem on PST files

hi...
some Turkish characters are missing when I import mailboxes from PST files. But I can see them under subject tab and snippets of messages on main page. I can't see Turkish characters in reading pane. this problem occurs only when I import from PST files, normally there is no problem about Turkish characters.
I must import about 100 mailbox from PST files. how can I fix this problem?
