Default Moving ZCS from 32bit to 64bit or vice versa ?

I came across this link that offers a procedure on how to move your ZCS installation to another machine:
Moving ZCS to Another Server » Zimbra :: Blog
Can I use this procedure to move ZCS or to restore a backed up ZCS from a 64bit machine back to a 32bit machine (e.g. ZCS running on Debian 4 on a 64bit Intel System to be restored to ZCS running on Ubuntu 8.04 in a Vmware virtual machine on a 32bit Amd system)?

you'lll probably want to look at this article

Network Edition: Moving from 32-bit to 64-bit Server - Zimbra :: Wiki

those instructions should really work for going from 64bit to 32bit as well because it's mostly just a problem with binary compatability on ldap and the instructions have you rebuild the databases which should work either way
