Default User Archiving

Now that I am using Zimbra full time with a 200+ user base, I've got a stack of users to delete and new ones to add. Over 20 to delete, I've been putting it off.

I need to know what options there are to archive old users. I would really prefer to maintain calendars, addresses, emails, the works. If there was an account status such as Archive, something closed the account like Closed, but then removed the license from the used list, that would be optimum.

What options are out there? Is there something other than setting up a second server, dumping mail to PST, or manually backing up the user at the CLI?

I've been moving mine to another ZCS OSS box, which sits on a VM and is left off unless I need it. I haven't been bothering to save the address books/calendars.. although I probably should start doing that.

Now that is an idea I like. Using a virtual machine if FOSS I could have a live archive that only runs when needed. That would be extremely easy to backup and archive the VM files as well. Still not as clean as a built in GUI function, but the best I had heard so far

Has anyone seen a way to move all users data from an NE system to an OSS system? I set up a second box using OSS on another subnet and want to dump off the old accounts.
