Default Move zimbra from ( SUSE 10.2 ) -> Debian 4.0

Hi,

I would like to ask one question about migration from (SUSE 10.2) to Debian 4.0.

The question is, it is possible to not lose users, and their mailboxes ?

I would like, move ( from real server ) SUSE 10.2 for Virtual Server ( VMware Server) virtual machine Debian 4.0.

Is Debian 4.0 full supported ?

Or the better idea is to hmm, to install SUSE 10.2 on this VM, backup real zimbra folder, install Zimbra on VM, and restore backup from real machine ?

Is this will work ?

This debian, is only idea , I'm using it on all my webservers
I can user SUSE, but replay me, what about this move to VM.
