Calendar, recurring 1st sat after the 2nd tuesday

I need to set a recurring appointment for the 1st Saturday after the 2nd Tuesday. Is this possible?

not really, i don't even think ical can do this, due to the fact that usually when you see holidays like easter in ical files it's hard coded year for year because theres no standard for formulation like that in ical.
