Moving emails from secondary to primary storage

Is it possible to move messages from the secondary storage location (HSM, etc) back to primary storage?

I don't know of a way offhand. Ran into this writing up my HSM wiki page today.

So no one has run into having to migrate from secondary storage back to primary or to another secondary for DR purposes.
