Default zmdailyreports returns 0 messages

I'm not sure if this is an issue with previous installations, but I just noticed that in 3.0.1GA197 this returns 0 messages regardless on the number of messages that have been run through the system.

Questions:
1) What is this supposed to return? (I've been running since M1 and never noticed this thing in the crontab)
2) Is there something that I can give you folks to track this down?

Thanks!

Juan

Make sure that syslogging is working, and all of the stats stuff is working, it's based on the same framework.
