Default Outlook put an appointment in my calendar, and I can't delete it!

Disclaimer - I'm running Zimbra Network Edition 4.5.11 on CentOS 4.5.

One of my users accepted an Outlook appointment in their default calendar, and now the calendar will not let the user delete that appointment. That appointment also prevents syncing or reading the calendar with any other ICAL or CalDAV clients.

I pasted the users calendar URL into Firefox and got the attached error. Tomcat complaines about "Unable to get calendar item notes MIME part" and craps out.

Is there any way to manually delete the appointment? or possibly, to delete the users entire default calendar?

Contrary to the error notice - there seems to be nothing noted in the tomcat stacktrace log (it's empty).
