can i add disclaimer in my zimbra mail server?
can i add disclaimer in my zimbra mail server?
Is there any shorter way to enable disclaimer? I have tried "http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?title=Adding_a_disclaimer_%28altermime%2 9_or_footer" but it has stopped my users to send mails and they have received some errors as well when try to send mails. I have revert all the changes I had made in master.cf (/opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/master.cf) now everything is again working fine. It’s my live corporate server which contains around 200 mailboxes. Do Zimbra have any other simpler way to enable disclaimer? I have done the same exercise with my microsoft exchange 2007 server which contains around 1000 mailboxes. There is a very simpler and easy way for this. Do we have such kind of simpler and easy way in Zimbra?

Also, I have downloaded the "http://www.zimbra.com/forums/administrators/13244-new-domain-disclaimer-admin-extension.html" automatic installation script but it seems that it has some issues because I have received an error "the archive is either in unknown format or damaged" when extracted this. I have downloaded this twice but getting the same error massage.

The admin extension is basically there as a GUI for the manual edits that have to be done first. I too want this feature built in and funny enough I posted a similar post an hour ago or so. Domain Disclaimer
