how to track all incoming / outgoing mails

i want to track all incoming / outgoing mails.

can we do this in zimbra?

Zimbra logs it all into the logger database automatically.
You can use zmmsgtrace to search for them.

That, however, only logs the log file entries. If you're looking to log the entire message (like archiving it, etc.), there are options available in the Network edition, and hacks available for the open source edition.
