Default Restricting access to Distribution Lists

I followed the guide at RestrictPostfixRecipients - Zimbra :: Wiki but it didn't work. I'm using 5.0.6, is there another way I can keep just anyone from sending to my distribution lists, or did I just do something wrong?

Just to clarify, are you trying to prevent Zimbra users from sending mail to recipients of a particular distribution list, or are you trying to prevent "anonymous" internet users from relaying messages through your server?

I'm trying to prevent anyone outside of our domain from sending mail to the distribution lists on our domain.

So I don't want to be able to go to my hotmail account and send a message and it go to the list, but If I'm using my zimbra account I want it to be able to send to the list.

This would be a handy feature to give a list options. Check boxes for access rights: Internal, External, and specific users/lists of users.
