What version of Zimbra are you using? There are certain things you can change depending on if you are using the FOSS or the NE version. Update your profile also with the version you are using. It helps those trying to help you

i am using the open source edition

You can perform this command to find the exact version of Zimbra you are running:

sudo -u zimbra /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol -v

That is assuming you are running Linux as your OS. The command I gave you is specifically for UBUNTU 8.04 LTS, but may work for other flavors of Linux.
