    Default system-wide address book?

can anyone advise whether we can create another system-wide
address book for users? for instance, company may maintain
their customer emails and provide to their sales persons so that
sales persons can send emails to customers from this address book.

it looks like the ZCS GAL doesn't support to add additional entries
which are not belonged to local domain users, is it correct?

any advice how can we achieve this purpose?
    Thanks.

Suggested way is to create/use a special account for this (one account not related to someone who could leave the company).

For example, you can create a special account "sharing" and share its address book with everyone. You can use the same system (and the same account) to share a system-wide calendar or briefcase.

Thanks for this advice to share *someone's* address book as a global one.

and it works fine for Web client, when I compose a new email I can click
the "To:" and select that sharing address book from "Personal and Shared
    Contacts".

I'm curious how can we do that in Outlook + ZCO?

    any advice on this?
