I have the same issue and searching and reading endless things on this subject leads me to believe there is something in the swatch script that causes their to be no data put into the mta table in mysql.
In this post it talks about a change in the script, Logger service issues . I am running 4.5.10 on centos 5. It has not worked since like 4.5.6.
I don't know enough about the script file but it seems like the error is really about the data not showing up in the mta and mta_aggregate database tables.

Why? The stats service has changed completely since the version of Zimbra used by the posters in this thread. I'd suggest you look at the troubleshooting tips for your Zimbra version and if you on version 6.x then there are quite a few threads on the subject (with solutions) in the forums.

It would also help if you updated your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v

A. Because it's good form and etiquette to post solutions to problems you post. Or to acknowledge which answer or answers resolved it for you.

B. Because it DOES apply to people who are, for whatever reason, using older versions of Zimbra.
