Default firefox 3 tweaks?

Now that Friefox 3.0.1 will be out tomorrow, I am looking to update our 2 terminal servers from firefox 2 to 3.0.1
I am wanting to find out all the firefox 3 hacks/tweaks to make Zimbra as affective as possible.

Some things I would like to see:
1) Mailto links:
Hands on: 12 quick hacks for Firefox 3
This article shows how to put in custom mailto links. What is the correct mailto link to put in to work with Zimbra?

2) Don't show the tool bars or address bar or status bar. Currently I have a link on the desktop for everyone to click on it and it opens up zimbra. How can I have that link open up firefox and hide all the status bars and toolbars? I want to give people as much screen real estate as possible as they are either running 1024x768 or 800x600.

3) Drag and Drop. Does the zimbra drag and drop plugin work for firefox 3?

4) Others?

Also, if anyone knows of any good tools for managing firefox profiles so that I can make the program upgrade and then make the tweaks happen for all users at once that would be great as well.
Thanks
Derek
