Question Transfer mail between users

Is there any way I can easily transfer all emails from one account into another? Example: Joe has left the company. Jane is now in his position. How can I move all emails from Joe's inbox into Jane's?

Thanks!

You could always just rename the account. Ex: joe@company.com would become jane@company.com. Then you don't have to transfer email, contacts, calendar, etc.. Then put an alias on the account to pick up "Joe's" email. Otherwise, you can always login as Joe and share the inbox with Jane and transfer them that way.

I made the new user a manager for the old user's inbox. The link I use to go to the shared Inbox is:

https://servername.com/home/username@domainname.com/Inbox

I tried to share the Inbox, but get the following error when we try to follow the link given:

HTTP ERROR: 501

can only handle messages/appointments/tasks/documents

RequestURI=/service/home/username@domainname.com/Inbox

Did the new user get a message in his/her inbox to accept the share? That's the easiest route..

If not, what version of ZCS are you on?

Ah! There's the catch. The new user is only on Outlook 2000. Although I tried it myself (running Outlook 2k3) and the accept/decline buttons don't show there.

I'd forgotten those buttons don't show up in Outlook.
