    Unhappy Outlook not remembering addresses

OK...I know that with Outlook and Exchange, Outlook creates what's called an "NK2" file that stores recently used addresses. The next time you start typing an address in the "To:" field, Outlook will start pulling the address from the NK2 file if it's in there.

What's the Zimbra equivalent of this? I've got users that depend on that for remembering addresses. An address they entered yesterday will not be remembered today when they start typing it again. Why is the Zimbra/Outlook combo not remembering recently used addresses?

    Default NK2 File

Its the same NK2 file, that part of the Outlook structure does not change.

If you lost your NK2 data just use the free NK2 rebuild tool, Microsoft Outlook Tips | Install AutoCache Rebuild From Web
