[SOLVED] Does IM count against a User's Quota?

Been looking in the search and having a hard time finding this.

Does IM count against a User's Quota? I am hoping IM does not and that I can push my users to use this instead of emails.

Any thoughts?

I believe it does especially when the chats are saved.
