Based on missing content in http://www.zimbra.com/forums/adminis...7-upgrade.html as well, think you might have a bad /opt/zimbra/mailboxd/webapps/zimbra/WEB-INF/classes/messages/ZmMsg.properties - I've emailed you a copy of the current 5.0.7.

I did replace this and it is now working.

I now see how I have to upgrade this file. Thank you for your help.

I could see why there would be new strings. This was a learning experince for me. I now know how I need to preserve this file between upgrades.

Yup, backup the customized, upgrade, diff the new & customized, edit the new to contain the differences in company names etc.
