mails are stored in defered

I had setup zimbra 4.5.10 in developemnt, now the problem is that
all mails are stored in defered folder


In defered folder, inside Content Filter tab, the below message is coming


smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024

when we put cursor on that it give below reason

delivery temporarily suspended : conversation with 127.0.0.1: [127.0.01 ] timed out while sending end of data - message may be sent more than once

what is the porblem???

Have you checked your Log Files - Zimbra :: Wiki for any error messages ?
