[SOLVED] Recover individual mailbox?

I am running 5.0.6 NE and have the backups running, so I have two full backups, the incremental backups in between and the incremental backups since the last full backup.

This afternoon, one of our very long time employees who was moving from another email program to Mail.app on OS X accidentally deleted a folder full of messages.

Can I recover the individual mailbox from the backups?

Yes you can. Just log into your admin console and go to backups and hit restore. It will walk you through how to restore a mailbox.
