Default New Remote Folder conflicting with External IMAP

We are running a pilot of Zimbra along side our existing iplanet Mail server. It won't be migrated when we do migrate. To preserve mail on the old system we are having them IMAP the iplanet mail to Zimbra. One user is getting an error that won't allow them to connect.

    Here is the log info:
    2008-06-27 09:14:59,691 INFO [btpool0-26] [;mid=30;ip=<IP Address>;ds=EMU;ua=ZimbraWebClient - IE7 (Win)/5.0.6_GA_2313.openSUSE_10.2;] datasource - Found new remote folder C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\wgs64459.slt\ImapMai l\ Creating local folder /EMU/C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\wgs64459.slt\ImapMai l\
    2008-06-27 09:14:59,695 INFO [btpool0-26] [;mid=30;ip=<IP Address>;ds=EMU;ua=ZimbraWebClient - IE7 (Win)/5.0.6_GA_2313.openSUSE_10.2;] SoapEngine - handler exception
    com.zimbra.cs.mailbox.MailServiceException: invalid name: C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\wgs64459.slt\ImapMai l\
    Code:mail.INVALID_NAME Arg:(name, STR, "C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\wgs64459.slt\ImapMai l\")
This folder does not exist on the users computer? I am unsure as to where it picked this info up?
    Any suggestions?
