Question [SOLVED] Stats stop working, after date/time change by mistake

    HI everyone.

I have the problem that stats in admin interface stop working, after a date/time change by mistake 4 moth later that today.. I correct the date , restart the server, but the graph shifts and not showing data.

any ideas that is possible to reset all the stats and start again from zero? or how can i correct this?

    thanks in advance.

    Question

Hi, I found the source of the mistake, the files located in /opt/zimbra/logger/db/work has the date 2 moth after today, I changed the date to today, but stats don't update, if I delete those files, and restart zimbra, those files are created automatically? How can I clear all the data and generate all the stats again?

    thanks in advance.

Run zmloggerinit, that will clear ALL your data and reinitialise the logger.

Please update you profile with the output of zmcontrol -v

The wiki and the forums both have details of this problem and it's resolution, do a search and see what gems are there.

    ok, thanks,

I solve this in that way.

    su - zimbra

    secure:~ zimbra$ zmcontrol stop
    Host mydomain.com
    Stopping mta...Done
    Stopping spell...Done
    Stopping snmp...Done
    Stopping antivirus...Done
    Stopping antispam...Done
    Stopping imapproxy...Done
    Stopping mailbox...Done
    Stopping logger...Done
    Stopping ldap...Done
    secure:~ zimbra$
make sure all instances of MySQL are not running

    Code:
    ps auxww | grep mysql
    Stop any processes...

    to restart stats db

    rm -rf logger/db
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmloggerinit

but, now execute zmqstats and zmgengraph, the graph are generated but blank, no errors.

i have to wait? to the data ?

    thanks.

You should wait for 24hrs to see if the graphs generate any data, if they don't post again.
