What errors are shown in the log files? Which operating systems, what have you tried form the forums to troubleshoot this issue?

hi, i decide to move zimbra to other virtual machine and see what happens , but, now when i start zimbra works ok, then in a few hours the memory is increasing to huge levels, then stop responding.
I see /var/log/zimbra and no errors reported.
I have zimbra installed in the vmware virtual machine, 1.5 gb ram 4 xeon procesors , 250 users and a lot of disk space.
Zimbra 5.05 OSE over debian 4 etch.

anyone help me please?

thanks in advance

best regards.

You do not have enough RAM allocated to that machine.

OK, what do you recomend? but the strange thing is that when i start the server, the amount of ram consumed is arround 780M but start increasing without a top ... increasing to consume all the ram and then all the swap, i this normal?
the users works ok, for a few hours, then zimbra hang due to overload of ram ( i think)

another strange thing.. i that happens after 3 moth of working ok with the same users and resouces allocated.

any ideas?

thanks in advance...

best regards.
