    Default Outlook Not receiving Mail correctly

    To all the Zimbra administrators,

    I'd like to share a known Microsoft problem where users receive mails in outlook showing the original message format while in the web client the mail appears perfectly normally.

    This known problem affects BCC recipients running Office 2003 installations on Vista. Please refer to the link Outlook. MIME Format
