What do you mean, exactly? Zimbra receives mail automatically and it's placed in a users mailbox whether they're logged in or not.

Replies go in the forum not to private email addresses.

But it's not, Every user must log in and click the button "get mail" to receive email from our domain hosting, it's not automatically receive it whether usr log in or not. What's wrong with my zimbra mail server?

are you talking about the actual zimbra account or an external pop3/imap account?

There's some confusion about what's happening here. Ysagrt, can you detail exactly what's happening please.

What should happen is that when an email is sent you your domain, the MX record for that domain should point toward your Zimbra server and then the message is delivered to the Zimbra server and it allocates it to the correct user account. There should be no requirement to click 'get mail' in this example.
