Hi everybody

I am searching for a solution to prohibit users from adding external IMAP/POP3 accounts.
Is there an option that does this? I can't find anything like this in the COS or general server settings.

I am using both FOSS en NE:
Release 5.0.6_GA_2313.RHEL5_64_20080522130456 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition
Release 5.0.6_GA_2314.RHEL4_20080522092131 RHEL4 NETWORK edition

Welcome to the forum (actually, you've been here for a long time but it's your first post 8)).

Through WebUI :
. login as admin in the admin webUI
. choose the CoS of your users
. go to "Features" tab
. uncheck "External POP/IMAP access"

Thought indeed that this option would do the trick, but I am still able to create external IMAP accounts. Is this normal behaviour?
Option does not include IMAP in its name, just POP3.

Could you check your COS values via CLI? There's a quirk bug: Bug 27744 - Disable POP/IMAP external access from COS not apply to users

su - zimbra
zmprov gc COSname > COSsettings.txt

Seems to be solved in 5.0.7!!!
