[SOLVED] No more login window in zimbraAdmin

Hello,

without having modified anything, I am unable to log as admin, as https://mywebsite.com:7071/zimbraAdmin displays only a blank screen...

There is content in the page, but the login window doesn't popup.

I can log in as a user to http://mywebsite.com:90, and emails are sent and recieved.

I don't have noticed any message in /var/log/zimbra.log dealing with login. 'zmcontrol systatus' shows : ldap, logger,mailbox,mta,snmp,spell running.
I have restarted zimbra, rebooted the server, and launched zmfixperms, but no luck : no admin login window...

I don't know what I can try now... any help is welcome.

Cleared your browser cache ? Are you going through a proxy at all ?

Cache cleared, and no proxy. I have even tried with several browsers (firefox 2,3, safari,...).

What version of ZCS are you running?

I think it is a V4.xxx
as zmcontrol -v doesn't give relevant information :

I'd say that if you're running a RedHat system, and you have no 'rpm' command, there may be other system issues.

I've updated zimbra to 5.0.6, and everything works now... will never know what happened. Nevermind. Thanks for your help.

I am running Release 4.5.10_GA_1575.SuSE10_20071117113741 SuSEES10 FOSS edition and just upgraded to the beta release of firefox three and I get the same blank screen when opening the admin console. In the firefox error console I get this message:

Now I have used firefox for my admin console for a long time. I relize this is beta software, the browser anyway, and it might be related, but with the whole world downloading firefox tomorrow it might pose a problem for those of us not in a position to upgrade to 5.x of zimbra.

Anybody got a nice suggestion? Thanks in advance!

There were 2 bugs on this, could you visit your link and grab content around line 10737 so we can be sure your issue is the same?
-There are no more 4.5.x builds planned except for absolutely critical security issues, so I'm not sure there's much we can suggest besides looking into a 5.0.x series upgrade.

I fully understand the situation and I am sure some of us will back rev firefox to work around this, but I bet you a lot of sites still run 4.5.x and will be upgrading to firefox three and the calls will be coming. IE works and all versions of firefox 2.x seems to works too.
