zimbra as primary server

i am trying to set zimbra as primary and exchange as secondary mail server in same domain.
to do this i have set high priority (MX record) to zimbra
i have a user which is both on zimbra and exchange with same name.
now when i try to send mail to user at zimbra it is received but it not synced/forwarded to same user at exchange.

what config needs to be done to achieve this , pl help

under the user preferences you can set a forwarding address for the user. You will have to have it forward to like user@exchange.domain.com assuming thats your exchange server's fqdn and your exchange server will ahve to accept mail for the full hostname. There might be a way to set this systemwide i'm not sure
