Can't get the valid licence information from the server

I moved from (Ubuntu) 5.0.5 NE to 5.0.5 OSS edition and I am now getting this error message when I go into the admin console:

'Can't get the valid licence information from the server. To install a licence go to Global Settings' .... etc


zmcontrol status returns all services running though server status through the admin console is blank - nothing there.


Bottom left hand corner of the admin page says 'There is no valid licence installed'


I saw a post recently that talked about this exact issue but I'll be damned if I can find it again.


Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you sure you haven't still got the NE version installed? Get the version info with 'zmcontrol -v' or '$set: get version' in the web ui.

The installed version is Release 5.0.6_GA_2313.UBUNTU6 UBUNTU6 FOSS edition.

I 'upgraded' 5.0.5 NE to 5.0.5 OSS and then upgraded to 5.0.6.

In this morning's admin email I have a list of errors that were never there before and are obviously related to the move to OSS.
